Technology Support Information
Before contacting the helpdesk for support, check our Technology Support website for how-to guides and support documents. Many issues can be resolved quickly at home with some simple troubleshooting.

If you need additional support, email the WHSD1 Helpdesk with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your student's name
- Chromebook ID. This number is written on the back of the Chromebook with a silver marker or located on a silver inventory tag.
- Be as descriptive of the problem as possible. What is happening? When does it happen? Are there error messages, and if so, what do they say?
