Winthrop Harbor School District #1 invites qualified energy service companies to submit proposals for the upgrading of automated or computer controlled energy control systems, and the upgrading of ventilation, heating, and cooling in Winthrop Harbor Schools.

There will be an optional pre-proposal meeting Tuesday December 21, 2021. The meeting will commence at 1:00 p.m. at the District Office, 500 North Avenue, Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096.
Three hard copies of the RFP document must be submitted by 4:00 P.M. on Monday, January 31, 2022, to Mr. Jeffrey McCartney, Winthrop Harbor School District #1, 500 North Ave, Winthrop Harbor Il, 60096.
